E. Images and Visual Content: Profile photos and album images you voluntarily upload.
F. Internal Messages: Correspondence between members through the Service's messaging system.
G. Payment Information: We do not store any banking card data. All payments are processed entirely through trusted external payment gateways such as Stripe, PayPal, Google Play, Apple Store, and others. We retain only basic details such as payment method type and transaction status.
H. s: We use s to operate the Service, improve your experience, and analyze behavior. The Service cannot be used without allowing these files.

Fourth: How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:
Operating the Service, delivering its core features, and developing new ones.
Communicating with you about your account, updates, and important notices.
Conducting research and statistical analysis to improve the Service; results may be shared in aggregated, non-personal form.
Detecting and preventing fraud, and protecting the security of the Service and the safety of its users.
Complying with legal obligations and responding to requests from competent authorities.
Sending promotional offers and marketing notifications with your prior consent.

Fifth: Public Data, Search Engine Indexing, and AI Archiving

This section is critically important. Please read it carefully.

The Service is a partially open platform. Public Data you have chosen to display — such as your username, age, country, nationality, what you wrote about yourself and your desired partner, and general personal specifications — is visible to all visitors, including non-registered users, through the browser version of the Service.

As a natural result of how the internet works, this Public Data may be automatically archived by:
– Search engines such as Google, Bing, Yahoo, and others.
– Artificial intelligence systems, automated data collection tools, and digital archives.
– Any third party that accesses the public pages of the Service.

By registering and publishing any Public Data, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
– You are aware that your Public Data may be indexed, stored, and displayed by search engines, AI systems, and similar platforms.
– Archived data is subject to the privacy policies of those platforms and systems. We bear no legal or moral responsibility for it.
– Canceling your membership does not necessarily result in the deletion of that data from external systems, which may take days or months depending on each platform's own policies.
We are not responsible in any way for the existence of your Public Data in search engines, AI systems, or any external digital archive, whether before or after you cancel your membership.

Important recommendation: If privacy is a priority for you, always use a pseudonym and avoid including any directly identifiable personal information in public fields.

Sixth: Profile Photos and Album Images

By uploading any image through the Service, you expressly agree to the following:

– Images are stored on our servers and displayed according to the privacy settings you choose.
Images you choose to make public are considered Public Data and are subject to all provisions of Section Five above regarding external archiving. You acknowledge that these images may be archived by search engines, AI systems, and automated data collection tools, and may fall outside our control.
– You may delete your images manually at any time, and they will be immediately removed from our servers. However, externally archived copies remain the sole responsibility of those external systems.
– Upon account deactivation, your images will be automatically deleted from our servers after 90 days from the date of deactivation.
By agreeing to this policy, you grant us a license to store and display your images in accordance with the Service's settings throughout your subscription period.

Ownership acknowledgment: You confirm that you own the rights to the images you upload or have obtained permission to publish them. You are solely responsible for any violation of intellectual property rights or privacy resulting from uploading images of others without their consent.

Seventh: Internal Messages and Review Policy

A. Administration's right to review messages:
Free membership holders: All messages sent are subject to automatic or manual review by the Administration before approval and delivery, to verify compliance with the Service's terms.
Paid membership holders: The Administration reserves the right to access incoming and outgoing messages when credible complaints are received from other members, in order to investigate those complaints and take appropriate action.
– By using the messaging system, you expressly consent to these rights, and this shall not be considered a violation of your privacy.

B. Message deletion:
– Deleting a message on the sender's side does not delete it from the recipient's inbox. It remains accessible to the recipient and to the Administration for verification purposes.
– Deleting a message on the recipient's side does not remove it from the Administration's records.
Permanent automatic deletion of messages from all Service records occurs after a period determined and announced by the Administration. After this period, no one can access those messages.

Eighth: Data Storage, Backups, and International Servers

By using the Service, you expressly consent to the following:

– Your data, images, and all account information may be stored on servers distributed across different countries around the world.
– We maintain periodic backups of databases, images, and files to ensure service continuity and protection against technical failures.
These backups are encrypted and protected and are only accessed in the event of a technical emergency.
– Backups are automatically deleted after 60 days from their creation date across all backup servers.
– Data stored on cloud service providers' servers is subject to those companies' own privacy policies. We have made reasonable efforts to select reliable providers and bind them to data protection agreements; however, we are not liable for any breach originating from those companies.
– Backup retention periods (60 days) are in addition to the retention periods specified elsewhere in this policy.

Ninth: Sharing Data with Third Parties

We do not sell your private personal data to third parties. We may share your data only in the following cases:
Technical service providers (hosting, payment processing, analytics) who work on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.
Legal and judicial authorities pursuant to a court order or applicable legal obligation.
In the event of a sale, merger, or transfer of ownership of the Service, data transfers to the new owner as part of the Service's assets.
To protect our legal rights, property, and the safety of our users when necessary.
Research and statistical analysis results are shared in aggregated, non-personal form only.
We will not share your private data with third parties for marketing purposes without your prior explicit consent.

Tenth: s

We use s and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Service, analyze usage behavior, and serve targeted advertisements.
The Service cannot be used without consenting to these files. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to the use of s in accordance with this policy.

Eleventh: Data Protection and Information Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
Encryption of sensitive data (email address, phone number, password) in our databases.
Use of secure transmission protocols (SSL/TLS) for all data transfers.
Restricting internal access so that only authorized support staff and employees who need it can access your data.
No storage of any banking card data on our servers.

Important disclaimer: The security of data transmitted over the internet cannot be absolutely guaranteed. Any data you send to the Service is transmitted at your own risk. We make every reasonable effort to protect your data, but we cannot provide an absolute guarantee against unauthorized access or data breaches.

Twelfth: Data Breaches and Security Incidents

In the event that the Service experiences a security breach, we commit to working as quickly as possible to contain the incident, close the vulnerability, and notify affected users appropriately once the incident is confirmed.

Legal disclaimer: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Administration shall bear no legal or financial liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the breach, leakage, or misuse of your data by third parties. This includes personal data, internal messages, images, and any other content, regardless of whether the breach occurred on our servers, hosting company servers, or intermediate networks.

Thirteenth: User Responsibility for Content and Indemnification

You are solely and fully responsible for all content you publish or transmit through the Service, including your personal data, images, messages, and any information you share with other members.

You acknowledge that you will not post any content that violates the law, public morality, or that could expose you or the Administration to legal liability.
Under this agreement, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service Administration from any and all claims, lawsuits, losses, or legal expenses arising from your content or conduct through or outside the Service.

Fourteenth: Service "As-Is" and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "As-Is" and "As-Available" without any express or implied warranties regarding its quality, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors or interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Administration shall not be liable for:
Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
The conduct or actions of any other user on or off the Service.
Unauthorized access to or use of your data by third parties.
Any decisions you make based on information or content posted by other members.
Any service interruption or data loss resulting from technical causes or force majeure.

Liability cap: In all cases and to the extent permitted by law, the maximum aggregate liability of the Administration toward you for any claim of any nature shall not exceed the actual amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the date the claim arose.

Fifteenth: Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and the Service Administration, amicable resolution is encouraged first through direct contact with the support team.
By accepting this policy, you agree that any dispute not resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction determined by the Service Administration, and you waive your right to claim any compensation exceeding the cap set out in Section Fourteen.

Sixteenth: Account Deactivation and Data Deletion

A. Deactivation by you: You may deactivate your account at any time from within your account settings. Upon deactivation, all your Public Data will be immediately hidden and no one will be able to contact you through the Service.
B. Data retention: We retain your data in our records even after account deactivation for legal and security purposes, but we will not use it within the active Service.
C. Responsibility after deactivation: Any external contact information you shared with other members before deactivating your account remains in their possession. You are aware of this and bear full responsibility for it.
D. Search engines and external archiving: Deactivating your account does not obligate search engines or AI systems to delete your previously archived data. This is entirely outside our responsibility and you acknowledge and accept this.
E. Deactivation by the Administration: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates the Service's terms or this policy at any time, without prior notice, and with no obligation to refund any fees paid.

Seventeenth: User Rights Over Their Data

To the extent permitted by applicable laws and within the technical capabilities of the Service:
– Access: You may request a copy of the basic personal data we hold about you.
– Correction: You may correct inaccurate data through your account settings or by contacting support.
– Deletion: You may request deletion of your data, noting that some data may be retained for legal or security purposes as outlined in this policy.
– Unsubscribe from marketing: You may at any time request to stop receiving marketing communications.
To exercise any of these rights, contact the support team through the official channels available within the Service.

Eighteenth: Subscription and Renewal

We do not support automatic subscription renewal, neither on the website nor in the Android and iOS applications. When any account upgrade expires, we will notify you promptly, but we do not process any automatic charges or transfers without your explicit consent.

Nineteenth: Safety Commitment and Abuse Prevention

We are committed to providing a safe environment for our users through the following measures:
Age verification at registration to prevent anyone under 18 from accessing the Service.
Monitoring content and activity to ensure compliance with safety standards and prevent inappropriate content.
Providing tools to report suspicious behavior or inappropriate content for immediate review and action.
Compliance with applicable international laws and standards related to user protection.

Twentieth: Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to external websites or applications. These entities have their own independent privacy policies and we bear no responsibility for them. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any external party before submitting any information to them.

Twenty-First: Use of Artificial Intelligence Systems for Data and Message Analysis

By using the Service, you expressly consent to all of the following.

A. Automated AI analysis:
The Service works with specialized global AI systems and companies for multiple operational, security, and development purposes, including but not limited to: content analysis and violation detection, fraud and suspicious behavior detection, improving and personalizing the Service, and developing new features.

B. Data passed to AI systems:
The Service may pass the following types of data to approved AI systems:
Internal messages: Message content may be passed in a form stripped of sender and recipient identity, containing no real name, phone number, email address, or any direct personal identifier. The purpose is strictly functional analysis (violation detection, linguistic analysis, suspicious content monitoring).
Public member data: Non-directly-identifying public data such as age, country, nationality, general personal specifications, and interests may be passed without linking them to real names, phone numbers, or email addresses.
Usage and behavioral data: Interaction patterns, account activity, and usage logs in aggregated or anonymized form.
Images: Uploaded images may be subject to automated AI review to verify their suitability and compliance with the Service's policy.

C. What is never passed to AI systems:
– A user's real name linked to their other data.
– Phone number or email address in a form that connects them to message content or analyzed data.
– Payment card data or any financial information.

D. AI system responsibility:
Data that reaches external AI systems and companies is subject to those companies' own privacy policies, not ours alone. We make efforts to select reliable partners and bind them to confidentiality and limited-use agreements; however, we bear no responsibility for any processing carried out by those systems within their own infrastructure.

E. Types of AI used:
AI systems used may include various types depending on operational needs, such as natural language processing, image recognition, behavior analysis, fraud detection, and recommendation systems. The Administration is not obligated to disclose the names of all approved vendors at all times, and reserves the right to change or add AI partners as needed without prior notice.

Twenty-Second: User Behavior Tracking and Service Personalization

By using the Service, you agree to the continuous recording and analysis of your behavior and usage, including:

Activity and behavior logging: Every significant interaction you perform within the Service is recorded, including pages visited, profiles viewed, messages sent and received, features used, and times of activity. This recording takes place continuously throughout your use of the Service.
Purposes of recording and analysis: This behavioral data is used for: improving and developing the Service, personalizing your experience and surfacing content more relevant to your interests, internal marketing purposes, violation monitoring and security protection, and collaborating with technical partners and AI companies to improve the quality of the Service delivered to you.
Collaboration with AI companies: The Service may share anonymized or aggregated behavioral and usage data with global AI companies to deliver better and more personalized services, while permanently protecting the confidentiality of your real name, phone number, and email address in these processes.
Personalized marketing: Your behavioral data may be used to display customized advertisements and offers within the Service based on your interests and usage patterns.

Disclaimer: We bear no responsibility for the results of analyses and recommendations generated by AI systems. These are assistive tools and their outputs do not bind the Service in any way.

Twenty-Third: Amendments to This Privacy Policy

The Service Administration reserves the absolute right to amend, update, or entirely replace this policy at any time and without prior notice.

– Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Service.
– We will endeavor to notify you of material changes via email or an in-Service notification; however, failure to receive such notification does not exempt you from compliance with the updated version.
Continued use of the Service after any amendment is published constitutes your full implied consent to all new changes.
It is your responsibility to periodically review this policy. The date of the last update is always displayed at the bottom of this page.

Twenty-Fourth: Contact Us

For any inquiries or requests related to this policy or your personal data, you may contact our support team through the official channels available within the Service or through the official website at www.zawag.org
